6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Digikit, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including data loss, business interruption, or API suspension arising from platform policy actions taken by Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application or APIs immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this agreement.

User Data Deletion Instructions
